Who do I contact when I am missing commissions?
Commissions are paid out 60-90 days after the Travel has been completed, not from when its booked but when the travel has been completed. (For example: My clients travel date is April 2023, you will not be paid out until June-July 2023.) If you are missing commissions after this time frame, follow the below steps:
First action should be to complete the “where’s my commission” tracking form. Please allow 72 business for a response. If for some reason you get no response notify your platinum consultant to assist you with the issue. Be ready with your booking number and booking details. NOTE: Do NOT blue button in your back office regarding commissions.

Who am I talking to when clicking on the blue button?
The blue button goes directly to Evolution (the marketing arm of Archer) This is utilized for any membership questions or team building issues.

Where can I find a private home vacation rental?
Please refer to the advanced booking training area of this website for the yellow button that is labeled “VACATION/CABIN RENTALS”
Do we have to finish all of the training videos before we can start booking?
No, as soon as you are registered with vendors and you have a client you can start booking. However, please make sure you are following the steps and applying the AS YOU GO! This way your marketing has already begun before you launch your business.
When can I start hosting trainings?
As soon as you feel you are ready to volunteer. Do you have a strong skill set that would be helpful to the organization? Please email admin@theinfinityway.co
When can I make my own announcement?
When you become a silver consultant, you will begin your way to a leadership position. At this point, is when you will develop your own team chat and your own flyer. Start thinking of a team name!! Make sure you add your Gold or Platinum Consultant to be there for support.

Do I need the Rising Tide 3 website?
No, the team training website is the sister site to Rising Tide 3, although there are many of the same trainings we also offer EXCLUSIVE incentives.
