Woohooo! You completed your first booking!
Now that you have completed your first booking I am sure you are wondering how to get paid. Every time you complete a booking, a commission tracking form must be completed, DON’T wait ! Don’t procrastinate! If you forget to fill out a tracking you will forfeit the commissions.
Understanding Payouts
You must have an ACTIVE account to receive any payout - both for commissions and residual pay.
UNDERSTAND that a missed payment makes your account inactive. Even though you can log into your account. It is your responsibility to know when your payment is due.
Your payment will be processed at 12:00 a.m. PST on the day payment is due.
Example: if your payment is due on the 15th of the month it will attempt to pull the payment at midnight. This means, if your payment declines, when commissions are paid at 3:30 p.m. on the 15th you will be considered inactive at the time of payout.
Travel Commissions:
Once Archer Travel receives your commission from the vendors, Archer Travel will then pay you. You will be paid twice a month on your travel commissions. On the 15th & the last day of every month. The funds will be loaded into your Akimbo Card.
Residual Pay:
Residuals are paid out once a month, on the Friday after the 15th, and is for agents who participate in the mentorship/team building side of the business.
Residuals are based on the rank held at the end of the previous month, and are deposited in your ewallet.
