IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION

Residual pay has a two part component to it.

#1 you have to have made a payment in the month that you achieved the rank

#2 you have to be fully active on the day of residual payout

To elaborate

#1 you have to have made a payment in the month that you achieved the rank

- if you achieved silver in the month of august and you held it until the last day of the month then you are ranked as silver for that month. However, if your membership fee is due on the 31st of AUGUST and you didn’t have the funds - or the bank declined the payment - YOU TECHNICALLY HAVE NOT PAID in the month you earned the rank. 🛑There is NO grace period! The minute you miss a payment you are technically inactive 🛑

➡️Solution

Make the payment immediately the next day (first of September) and notify your platinum ASAP! We can ask as a courtesy for them to apply it to the previous month. NOTE: do not abuse this courtesy! This is your business and you need to make sure the financial part is straight.

#2 you have to be fully active on the day of residual payout

If residual payday is on the 17th of September and your payment is due on the 17th of September

The payment will run at midnight the morning of the 17th 12am pst

Residuals are paid around 10a pst

This means if the card declined at midnight you are considered inactive and residuals are only paid to active accounts!

➡️ Solution- notify your platinum before 9a pst so we can attempt to have your card run manually the morning of - No guarantees!

🚨Remember there is NO GRACE PERIOD🚨 a missed payment is an inactive account EVEN IF YOU CAN STILL LOG ONTO YOUR BACK OFFICE‼️

Moral - is make sure you have enough in your account PRIOR TO YOUR PAYMENT

Communicate if you anticipate an issue (key word ANTICIPATE)

If you have money in your ewallet - it must have the minimum monthly amount for your payment to pull from your ewallet

Let’s say you have $50 in your ewallet - the system will not pull from your ewallet - it will attempt to pull from your card on file. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment info is correct.
